ajura pyta
2019 NFL DRAFT Round 1 1. Ari- Nick Bosa- DE- Ohio St. I believe the Cardinal’s apparent infatuation with Kyler Murray is a smoke screen to hide their true intentions with the top pick (IE actually improving their team by adding the #1 overall prospect). It’s way too soon for them to give up on Josh Rosen anyways. *Trade* SF trades #2 to NYG for #6, #17, and a 2020 1st-rounder 2. NYG (from SF)- Kyler Murray- QB- Oklahoma If the Cardinals do pass on Kyler Murray, it means that John Lynch has the Golden Ticket for the diminutive Heisman Trophy winner, so to get the pick someone will have to pay a considerable mark-up. In this instance, it’s the Giants that try to smooth the ruffled feathers of their fan base by moving up for their future franchise quarterback. 3. NYJ- Josh Allen- LB- Kentucky Other than meeting a huge need for the Jets, I can’t wait to hear an announcer say, “Josh Allen is sacked by Josh Allen,” at a future Bills-Jets matchup. 4. Oak- Quinnen Williams- DT- Alabama With holes everywhere, the Raiders can select the best available defender. Williams will be a force in the middle as the squad prepares for their move to Vegas next year. 5. TB- Devin White- LB- LSU The Bucs lost Kwon Alexander in free agency, so this becomes more of a need pick for them. White is the rare athlete that merits this high of a selection as an inside-backer. *Trade* SF trades #6 to Mia for #13 and #48 6. Mia (from NYG via SF)- Dwayne Haskins- QB- Ohio St. The need for a signal caller is so great in South Beach that they need to be aggressive to move up to get their man. Haskins should beat out Ryan “Pickspatrick” for the starting job as a rookie. *Trade* Jax trades #7 to Oak for #24 and #27 7. Oak (from Jax)- Montez Sweat- DE- Mississippi St. If the Raiders can successfully use their three first-rounders to land Williams and Sweat to solidify their defensive front, I’d consider a huge win for their front office. 8. Det- DK Metcalf- WR- Ole Miss Matthew Stafford hasn’t had this talented of a receiver to throw to since Calvin Johnson retired. 9. Buf- Jonah Williams- OT- Alabama To succeed on offense, the Bills have to give Josh Allen more time in the pocket. Williams was a three-year starter at Alabama and will be a plug-and-play guy at almost any position on the o-line. *Trade* Den trades #10 to Atl for #14 and #79 10. Atl (from Den)- Ed Oliver- DT- Houston With Grady Jarrett locked in as their franchise player, the Falcons move up to upgrade the spot next to him. Having both of them up front will occupy multiple blockers and free up other defenders to make plays on the ball. 11. Cin- Jawaan Taylor- OT- Florida The Bengals have been struggling on their o-line ever since Andrew Whitworth left town. Adding Taylor here should finally address that gaping hole. 12. GB- TJ Hockenson- TE- Iowa Need 1, 2, and 3 for the Packers should be to add playmakers around Aaron Rodgers. Hockenson is the most complete tight end available and will become a great addition to the Packers attack. 13. SF (from Mia)- Greedy Williams- CB- LSU The 49ers take advantage of the QB needy teams and move down twice to accumulate more draft capital as well as address their #1 post-free agency need with the top-rated cover corner in the draft. 14. Den (from Atl)- Devin Bush- LB- Michigan The Broncos move down and still can get the tackling machine for the middle of their defense. Bush should be an immediate starter for them. 15. Was- Clellin Ferrell- LB- Clemson Preston Smith departed as a free agent, leaving behind a hole that should be more than adequately filled by Ferrell. 16. Car- Andre Dillard- OT- Washington St. Keeping Cam Newton upright is the top need for the Panthers moving into 2019. Dillard will be his blindside protector for the foreseeable future. 17. SF (from Cle via NYG)- AJ Brown- WR- Ole Miss With astute front office moves, the ‘Niners will get out of the first round with the top-2 needs met in the first round. Brown has the skills to be their first true #1 receiver in years. 18. Min- Greg Little- OT- Ole Miss The Vikings’ O-line was a mess in 2018. Adding Little here will go a long way to improving the unit in 2019. 19. Ten- Noah Fant- TE- Iowa Like the Packers, the Titans need to improve the weapons around their quarterback. Adding Fant here will allow Marcus Mariota to take the next step in his development. 20. Pit- Marquise Brown- WR- Oklahoma With this pick, the Steelers replace Antonio Brown with his younger cousin. “Hollywood” should be able to replace his cousin’s production nicely. *Trade* Sea trades #21 to Den for #41 and #71 21. Den (from Sea)- Drew Lock- QB- Missouri The Broncos added Joe Flacco for their short-term needs at quarterback and move back into the first round to address their long-term needs at the position with Lock. This should solidify the position for the first time since Peyton Manning retired. 22. Bal- Brian Burns- LB- Florida St. The Ravens lost both Terrell Suggs and Za’Darius Smith in free agency, making this a huge need selection. Burns should step into the open position nicely. 23. Hou- Cody Ford- OT- Oklahoma The Texans are one of the teams that need desperately to improve their o-line in 2019. Adding Ford here will help them keep Deshaun Watson upright. 24. Jax (from Chi via Oak)- Christian Wilkins- DT- Clemson Due to the ridiculous D-line depth in this draft, the Jaguars are able to move out of the top-20 and still land Wilkins here, a top-10 talent in any other draft. 25. Phi- DeAndre Baker- CB- Georgia The Eagles’ trade for Jordan Howard took care of their top offseason need, which allows them to look to their secondary with this selection. Adding Baker here will give them the shutdown corner they’ve been needing. 26. Ind- Dexter Lawrence- DT- Clemson In 2018, the Colts finally figured out how to protect Andrew Luck, so now they can address the defensive side of the ball. Lawrence will be a literally huge presence in the trenches and free up their linebackers to run to the ball. 27. Jax (from Dal via Oak)- Irv Smith Jr.- TE- Alabama If history is any indicator, Nick Foles loves to throw to his tight end. Adding Smith here will give him the opportunity to continue this. 28. LAC- Daniel Jones- QB- Duke Philip Rivers is nearing the end of his career, so it’s time for the Chargers to select his eventual replacement so they don’t suffer from the same issue that has recently been plaguing John Elway in Denver in recent years. 29. KC- Josh Jacobs- RB- Alabama I truly believe that the Chiefs would have beaten New England in the playoffs last season if Kareem Hunt hadn’t been an idiot off the field. Adding the uber-talented Jacobs should immediately rectify the situation and allow Kansas City to maximize their offensive potency in 2019. 30. GB (from NO)- N’Keal Harry- WR- Arizona St. As I said at pick 12, the Packers need more offensive weapons to maximize their window of success with Aaron Rodgers at the helm. Harry is a sure-handed receiver that should compliment Davante Adams nicely on the outside. 31. LAR- Dalton Risner- OT- Kansas St. The Rams lost two interior O-line starter this offseason, masking this a need pick. Risner can initially replace Rodger Saffold inside and be groomed to eventually replace Andrew Whitworth on the outside. 32. NE- Rashan Gary- DT- Michigan Bill Belichick loves versatile defenders in the trenches and Gary definitely fits the mold. He will step into the spot recently vacated by free agent departure Malcom Brown. ROUND 2 33. Ari- Byron Murphy- CB- Washington 34. Ind (from NYJ)- Nasir Adderly- S- Delaware 35. Oak- Damien Harris- RB- Alabama 36. SF- Jaylon Ferguson- DE- Louisiana Tech 37. NYG- Kelvin Harmon- WR- NC St. 38. Jax- Garrett Bradbury- C- NC St. 39. TB- JJ Arcega-Whiteside- WR- Stanford 40. Buf- Hakeem Butler- WR- Iowa St. *Trade* Sea trades #41 to NE for #56 and #97 41. NE (from Den via Sea)- Josh Oliver- TE- San Jose St. 42. Cin- Taylor Rapp- S- Washington 43. Det- Jacai Polite- DE- Florida 44. GB- Kaleb McGary- OT- Washington 45. Atl- Chris Lindstrom- G- Boston College 46. Was- Deebo Samuel- WR- S. Carolina 47. Car- Chase Winovich- DE- Michigan 48. Daniel
That seems like a really stiff price for the Giants to trade up four spots, especially when the next team to pick after that doesn't need a QB. Also, that's a real head scratcher for the Titans. Taking Fant, whose fairly unproven as a TE, at the same spot OJ Howard was taken last year seems really high, first of all. Second of all, they really like Christian Wilkins, DL is a bigger need, and he's a better prospect. He's definitely a pick over Fant IMO. If he's not, Rashan Gary probably is. Also, Darnell Savage over Jerry Tillery or Zach Allen doesn't make sense from a need perspective either. Savage is a good prospect, but he's not light year's ahead of those two, and DE/DT is a big need for Tennessee. Safety isn't. They have Byard playing FS, and he's a Pro Bowler, then they just re-signed Vacarro and spent a fourth on Dane Cruikshank as the backup last year. The others make more sense, but there's almost no way they go through this draft without taking an edge rusher. Their third pass rusher is Correa, Landry is a second year player, and Wake is 37. It's a big need.
ttitansfan4life
Solid for the Titans except that Savage pick. Titans have the best safety duo in the league so no need for a safety. Need an edge in the 2nd.
Jason_Bengal_Fl
Linebacker is the Bengals' biggest need, I really don't see them waiting until the 4th round to take one. I like Taylor best of the tackles (as a RT anyway), but the money they gave Hart, I doubt they take a tackle in 1.
atown703
Benzschwal in the late 3rd and this would be a near perfect draft for Carolina. Love us grabbing Winovich in the 2nd!!
scar988
Quote *Trade* Den trades #10 to Atl for #14 and #79 10. Atl (from Den)- Ed Oliver- DT- Houston With Grady Jarrett locked in as their franchise player, the Falcons move up to upgrade the spot next to him. Having both of them up front will occupy multiple blockers and free up other defenders to make plays on the ball. Great trade and pick Quote 45. Atl- Chris Lindstrom- G- Boston College I like Lindstrom, but the Falcons need a tackle, not a guard. Quote 117. Atl- Elijah Holyfield- RB- Georgia Holyfield isn't good for Atlanta. Such a slow, bad running back. Not what Atlanta needs. They need speed and actual talent without off field issues. Quote 137. Atl (comp)- Jalen Jelks- DE- Oregon 152. Atl- Will Harris- S- Boston College 172. Atl (comp)- Tyree Jackson- QB- Buffalo 186. Atl- Kendall Joseph- LB- Clemson 230. Atl- Clifton Duck- CB- Appalachian St. good picks

SBLIII
Why do you hate the Pats?

I really don't think you want the answer to that question, but I'll give it to you anyways. Most people outside of Boston hate the Deflatriots, and I'm no where near Boston. So, as far as I'm concerned, they're the evil empire that are ruining the integrity of the game. So the simplest answer to your question is I believe they cheat. And to be clear, no amount of whining on your part will convince me otherwise.
JaguarCrazy2832
I'd prefer Lindstrom with 1 of our 1st 3 picks. 24 and 27 doesnt seem like enough for 7 though

A TRAIN 89
Don't like Clelin Ferrell pick for the Skins. He's more of a 4-3DE than a 3-4OLB.
Cuziam71
No way the giants give up 3 first round picks for Murray when they can get 3 studs with 6 and 17 and next years first
m haynes
Great job on the draft. However I have so many objections that I will stick with the Pats. Just one thing. Your explanation on the 1st pick makes little sense. Quote Kyler Murray is a smoke screen to hide their true intentions with the top pick They have the top pick, who they hiding from! NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS 32. Rashan Gary- DT- Michigan -------- No way Gary is there at 32. 41. Josh Oliver- TE- San Jose St. ------- Complete reach. TE a need however BB would never move up with all the talent still on the board. Especially 3/4 round prospect. 64. Will Grier- QB- W. Virginia -- No love for this pick. IMO a reach. Also you have other qb going much later that are rated the same a Grier which tells me you pick solely for need. 73. Keelan Doss- WR- UC Davis --- What, your kidding right. 85. Andy Isabella- WR- UMass, 121. Ten- Terry McLaurin- WR- Ohio St. , 127. Phi- Hunter Renfrow- WR- Clemson , 129. Ind- Antoine Wesley- WR- Texas Tech. You select someone that doesn't fit the Pats system. That don't have the talent of the guys I listed. 101. Te’Von Coney- LB- Notre Dame ---- 141. Pit (from Oak)- Charles Omenihu- DE- Texas, 142.- Anthony Nelson- DE- Iowa. Really jaw dropping!! 134. Blessuan Austin- CB- Rutgers ----- Come on, 148. Den- LJ Collier- DE- TCU 205. Tariq Cole- OT- Rutgers 239. Alec Eberle- C- Florida St. 243. Stanley Morgan Jr.- WR- Nebraska --- This is just insane. He a 3/4 rd pick. A dream if he there 246. Olive Sagapolu- DT- Wisconsin 252. Alex Barnes- RB- Kansas St.
meixdaddy_10
I just cant see Simmons falling that far personally but if he did, i would pray to God that the Vikings would trade up a couple of spots for him. I think a 4th this year is too much to move up that far, but i wouldnt be opposed to it to get an absolute beast of a DT. Im ok with the Little Pick in RD1 though im not sure i trust him as someone that would give his all. Definitely fills a need though. In RD3 Id go with WR Isabella since we went DT in RD2 with the trade. Think we need that more than a backup guard (who you over-reached for in RD2). After that i dont really care. Need depth at OL, DE, LB, TE, RB, S so take your pick. Kudos on doing a 7 rounder.
