That is a thought about Brown you are right though there is zero about him this off season.  Personally I think he is very valuable and seems to be playing better   I just wonder what pick 58 will say or not say.    What seems interesting is that almost everyone is expecting a defensive player yet relatively we  had a better defense then offense

Personally I have been wishy washy on this pick.  At first adding a tackling machine from the safety spot to adding a big body to cement the middle of the D to now being intrigued by adding a TE who is a mismatch nightmare for the other team (the only thing that brings me back to the D side is I really don’t see that type of TE being available when we pick) this besides the fact that I think we in fact are really set at TE

Actually Ferguson fits the mold of DE's that we tend to go for. we like the guys who look explosive on film but have Sparq questions. Like look at DLaw.

In general, they’ve shown a strong preference for SPARQ and big school players lately. And they only person reporting a serious interest is Bobby Belt. If we end up drafting Ferguson, my respect for Belt as a resource will go up significantly. But I’ll believe it when I see it.

Probably nitpicking, but I believe Greg Little was a Dallas Day participant. And even if he wasn't actually at Dallas Day, his visit should still not count as a top-30 since he is from Allen (similar situation to Maxx Crosby).

So, IMO, we are still 2 visitors shy from knowing the whole group.

Darian Thompson was on the roster before KR.

They probably aren't bringing in CBs because they are stacked at CB. J.Lewis probably isn't going anywhere because A.Brown is. I think he walks for a comp, and Lewis stays.

They've done a ton of work on Joejuan Williams and Isaiah Johnson.

Taco wasn't that impressive with his sparq neither not to mention Dorance Armstrong.

No freaking way. Why?

Enlarged heart.

I would quit being a fan if he falls that far and we don't take him.

Maurice Hurst was in a similar situation. I mean, 58 could be high, I'm not privy to all the medical concerns that go with this, but at some point, talent outweighs risk.

It’s one thing to be not super impressive, and a whole different thing to put up some historically bad testing numbers.

I get that we have been less beholden to SPARQ athletes on a couple cases at DE, but in general, it has been important for this front office. As has being a prospect from a large program.
