Henderson has been projected a day 3 pick for a while. Kind of random to see him as a possible 35 pick. Just saying. I'm actually a fan of his game. Humble_Beast
The way I see the Raiders optimal draft would be @4 Q Williams or Ed Oliver - Interior DL isn't the biggest need but we go BPA and look to add our franchise cornerstone on defense... a player offensive coordinators have to gameplay against, like Mack in a sense.... I'm torn between the two players(it's a win/win).. assuming Bosa/Murray are gone, suddenly our interior DL is a problem for the league https://www.nfl.com/prospects/ed-oliver?id=32194f4c-4929-0385-df1c-0f8e40559b5a https://www.nfl.com/prospects/quinnen-williams?id=32195749-4c13-2672-b05d-48fefa792d12 @24 WR- Hollywood or AJ Brown- we should be happy Gruden didn't go offense in the first.... Hollywood and AJ Brown are two special players who might still be there at 24. Hollywood is compared to a young Desean Jackson, he has rare speed and he can ball. AJ Brown might be the best WR in this year class, overlooked by DK. AJ has the ceiling to be another Devante Adams/JuJu, he Is big, runs good routes, hands, playmaker. our offensive playmakers would be a strength going into 2019, and our offense would be alot more explosive https://www.nfl.com/prospects/marquise-brown?id=32194252-4f41-3218-bf76-54f4042e0396 https://www.nfl.com/prospects/a.j.-brown?id=32194252-4f41-3223-e4c5-1e30dffa87f8 https://www.nfl.com/prospects/parris-campbell?id=32194341-4d23-0411-19c3-b6e460708ae9 *could also see the team trade up to the 15-20 range if a edge rusher they like is still on the board ie... Burns, Sweat, Gary @27 DB- Thornhill, Oruwariye, GARDNER-JOHNSON, Savage, ADDERLEY, Greedy, MURPHY, YA-SIN, Love think this is the best value to draft a DB. We need another explosive DB to add to our unit. We might go FS if Joyner plays more of a slot corner role as Gruden has talked about in press conferences. Joyner allows us to be versatile with a CB or FS BPA. Joseph is more of SS https://www.nfl.com/prospects/juan-thornhill?id=32195448-4f54-9495-af73-48eb17033beb https://www.nfl.com/prospects/amani-oruwariye?id=32194f52-5549-0506-d45d-e0e76f0f35db https://www.nfl.com/prospects/chauncey-gardner-johnson?id=32194741-5221-1068-8e9a-b4c139418bfd https://www.nfl.com/prospects/darnell-savage?id=32195341-5642-6683-d1ee-77f79bcf3445 https://www.nfl.com/prospects/nasir-adderley?id=32194144-4417-2048-c82e-d72eac396ce9 https://www.nfl.com/prospects/greedy-williams?id=32195749-4c03-6342-9735-d6d22ef97bb8 https://www.nfl.com/prospects/byron-murphy?id=32194d55-5240-5853-e4e5-d4f178b58b0b https://www.nfl.com/prospects/rock-ya-sin?id=32195941-5373-8004-56ad-dcaf24317eb6 https://www.nfl.com/prospects/julian-love?id=32194c4f-5613-3771-4f23-34180a3619b8 @35- think this would be the best time to trade down to mid/late 2 for another top 50 pick. good value at TE in the 2nd Irv Smith(could drop), WARRING, KNOX, STERNBERGER https://www.nfl.com/prospects/irv-smith?id=3219534d-4900-0018-f675-8c060d792d35 https://www.nfl.com/prospects/kahale-warring?id=32195741-5275-2700-ebaf-ccabda046f86 https://www.nfl.com/prospects/dawson-knox?id=32194b4e-4f49-0795-942a-0c363ee9b439 https://www.nfl.com/prospects/jace-sternberger?id=32195354-4556-8639-5a78-bfa1754fcc8f https://www.nfl.com/prospects/josh-oliver?id=32194f4c-4952-4360-2a59-44a3fa93d63f *additional 3RD Round/Raiders 4th could and should be used on G/RB see which RB drops/if there is a good guard to nab RB: Montgomery, Sanders, Henderson, D Williams, MATTISON, Singletary, Love https://www.nfl.com/prospects/david-montgomery?id=32194d4f-4e48-7374-a044-7fb197b6b501 https://www.nfl.com/prospects/miles-sanders?id=32195341-4e15-3567-869d-79c73965b54e https://www.nfl.com/prospects/darrell-henderson?id=32194845-4e05-4456-6f99-3e76d883b110 https://www.nfl.com/prospects/dexter-williams?id=32195749-4c03-6343-3624-9a83687bd3f7 https://www.nfl.com/prospects/alexander-mattison?id=32194d41-5459-9622-25bb-238938a4f96b https://www.nfl.com/prospects/devin-singletary?id=32195349-4e18-6919-d1e6-003f4632ba87 https://www.nfl.com/prospects/bryce-love?id=32194c4f-5604-4766-ac8b-19be320b56b7 G: https://www.nfl.com/prospects/chuma-edoga?id=32194544-4f33-7482-f251-ab502d650176 https://www.nfl.com/prospects/connor-mcgovern?id=32194d43-4741-7420-d3a4-ecbbf78bc788 https://www.nfl.com/prospects/michael-jordan?id=32194a4f-5214-6382-8d60-9ad32b12a1f6 https://www.nfl.com/prospects/dru-samia?id=32195341-4d03-1944-4710-58ebf1a89b9c https://www.nfl.com/prospects/phil-haynes?id=32194841-5970-4637-4196-341d03003423 https://www.nfl.com/prospects/elgton-jenkins?id=32194a45-4e11-7507-3601-9c3adcefa1c1 Then Day 3 go BPA at DE, LB, DB (corner or safety based on what we do in the 1st).. BayRaider
I would not be shocked if with Pick 27 or 35 the Raiders went Will Grier or Ryan Finley. This forum probably wouldn’t like it. Both are excellent QBs for a WCO though and super cheap.

If we don't land Murray maybe a developmental backup later on but we already have Glennon, Jones, and Peterman in the QB room battling for the #2 spot. Plus we have two first round picks next year so if Carr doesn't improve with a stronger supporting cast we have the capital to go get our guy. Plus drafting a guy at 27/35 let’s them sit behind Carr a year before we move on. And we wouldn’t have to blow a 1st on a QB next year. Not saying I agree with it, just saying it’s possible and I could see it.
NYRaider
I want Hollywood Brown as much as any player in the draft, he'd really round out our receiver room nicely.
NYRaider
Thoughts on Maxx Crosby out of Eastern Michigan? He seems like a nice developmental edge player in round 3/4.

goldfishwars
Hi guys We're voting on Oakland's pick at 27 in the draft section. The Raiders have drafted Josh Allen and Deandre Baker so far in this mock. It would be great to have your thoughts and votes. Thanks GFW
BayRaider
I think Hollywood Brown really is in play at 27 and 35. JJ Nelson and Ryan Grant are depth, those guys are certainly not #3 caliber WR’s. We need a slot WR/deep threat. Hollywood eats yards as fast as any player I have ever seen personally. His wiggle is also deadly. He works the slot well and can also take the top off. The consensus is to replace Cook with Fant. Hollywood would make us better than Fant would in my opinion. Get a TE later in the 4th, 5th, or even 6th. Antonio - Underneath Tyrell- Outside Hollywood - Taking the top off Good luck. Also this could be AB being AB but when he first became a Raider he said Hollywood to Oakland is already a done deal and then said oops I wasn’t suppose to say that. I wouldn’t think too much into it but Hollywood is certainly in play. Edited April 18, 2019 by BayRaider
Humble_Beast
would suck if Hollywood goes 25th or 26th... I'll take a long hard look at AJ or Hollywood Brown at 24.... Parris Cambell is another freak who could blossom in the league like Michael Thomas
