Going to adopt the "1st choice, 2nd choice, 3rd choice" method. Meaning your first choice is worth 3 points, 2nd is worth 2, and 3rd is worth 1. Please do not select the same player multiple times in one selection. If you do, only the highest value will be taken for that and the lower duplicate votes will be discounted.

1. Arizona Cardinals: Kyler Murray, QB - Oklahoma

2. San Francisco 49ers: Nick Bosa, EDGE - Ohio State

3. New York Jets: Quinnen Williams, DT, Alabama

22. Baltimore Ravens: DK Metcalf, WR - Mississippi

23. Houston Texas: Cody Ford, OT - Oklahoma

24. Oakland  Raiders: Deandre Baker, CB - Georgia

25. Philadelphia Eagles: Jeffrey Simmons, DT - Mississippi State

27. Oakland Raiders:

More options will be added in later picks. If after 20+ votes the selection is clearly one person as the favorite we will move on to the next pick. Otherwise It will be ~24 hours before the poll closes. If there are 2/3 options that are close, there will be a runoff. This is who you think they WILL pick, not who they SHOULD pick.

!) AJ Brown

2) Lawrence

3)Fant

Very happy with Allen and Baker.

AJ would be great to have 5th year option on as would Lawrence. We've got Hankins for 2 years and Jelly we could move on after this season. Gives Lawrence a few seasons to season and have his size next to Allen who could cover the TE when we blitz. Chess pieces and was tempted to 'other' and put Thornhill as another chess piece but probably there at 35 and if Fant balls a 5th year option would be good.

A trade down if somebody wanted a QB for 5th year option would be great but that's not how this works.  :D

Not sure about all the Fant votes. He still has a lot of developing to do, he’s not your traditional TE like Hockenson, and not a guy to rely on for a 1st down which is the point of a TE.

Because he's one of the most athletic TE's to come out in the last few years and has tremendous upside.

Fant is basically the same prospect as Jared Cook.  He's a freaky athletic dude whose willingness to block is more suspect than his acumen at blocking.  He's got some technique stuff to clean up if you want him to be an in-line blocker (none of it unfixable) but the real questions are just about personality and attitude.  Cook eventually became a good NFL player but was disappointing for a while; perhaps it goes beer with Fant.

Like Noah Fant is a straight up better blocker than Irv Smith Jr or Jace Sternberger.  He's definitely not in the same class as a blocker as like a Wesco or a Beck, but those guys aren't 4.5 guys.

His blocking isn't great but as a pass-catcher I think he will flourish early. Cook had a career year with Carr and this system, Fant would be a big threat day one.

Fant

Jacobs

Hollywood Brown

Started strong on defense with the first two picks, BPA is Fant IMO and he fills a huge need. Makes a ton of sense. TE is important to our offense and we have nobody we can trust there with Cook departing. Jacobs would be great as well, but with Crowell and Richard we have capable bodies that can be effective, especially if we have a productive passing attack. Plus there will be some talent in the 2-4 round area at RB. The dropoff at TE after Fant is steep imo.

Every tight end is one of the most athletic to come out in the last few years and has tremendous upside. Okay, let's see...

OJ Howard

David Njoku

Evan Engram

Gerald Everett

Adam Shaheen

Mike Gesicki

Hayden Hurst

Mark Andrews

Jordan Akins

Jordan Thomas is a pretty good athlete

Even Jaylen Samuels, but he's an RB now...

Exactly, and Fant is still extremely raw. Yeah Jared Cook is a fair comparison, and taking 5 years to develop like Jared Cook is also a fair comparison.

Really don't like Fant as a fit just because he doesn't give effort blocking and has a lot of drops.

I have 1) AJ Brown 2) Irv Smith and 3) Jachai Polite. Polite is a top-10 prospect from a talent perspective, but has stunk up his Pre-Draft process - a perfect Raider prospect and the trio of Key, Allen, and Polite would be fantastic rushing the passer. Could always wait and get Polite or Winovich in the 2nd.

I like Irv Smith better than Noah Fant as a prospect.

AJ Brown would be killer with Antonio Brown and Tyrell Williams. Not to mention speedster JJ Nelson and "other guy" Ryan Grant.

Garrett Bradbury would also be a decent choice here.
