MacReady
Seahawks don't even like first round picks. How are they going to trade out of the first round twice?

The 2nd rounder they got for Ford was canceled out in this trade. Interesting. Well the 2020 2nd rounder is KC's, no? That's potentially a big diff in position. But yeah, curious decision. I love Clark, but that's a HUGE diff in price, and no cap difference. Edited April 23, 2019 by Broncofan
Sacks98
I thought at most we would get is a 2nd round pick and maybe something else but then people did bring up the point that he is only 25 years old. As improved as their OL play in the run game has been, you'd think with TWO 1st rounders, they'd consider using it on OL....but who knows with the 'Hawks. MSURacerDT55
I don't like this trade, they could have been better off trading for an elite corner (Patrick Peterson, Jalen Ramsey) and restructured Justin Houston's contract.

AFlaccoSeagulls
Seahawks initially got a much better deal here, but Frank Clark is the real deal as a player in every facet. As a rookie in the pre-season, I'll never forget how much of a man he was amongst boys on the field. He was better than every OL he faced. But getting a 1st, 2nd and exchange of 3rds for him is something no GM would/should ever pass up.
