The NFL definitely is sending that bonus check. Deadlines make deals and Rosen boosted his draft stock whether minimal or substantial by how he handled the offseason. Selecting Kyler doesn't drive down the price for Rosen assuming multiple teams are in the bidding b/c young rookie contract, potential franchise QB is the rarest of commodities and competitive offers to get him will elevate the price to the 2nd round pick or so that the Cardinals were going to get with him all along.
