MOSteelers56
I don't understand where smith is going to play? Maybe BUCK? He's even small for that. He's strong and extremely agile. Stick him on all the special teams units and hope he figures out a spot to play on defense. I think he's our next Clint Kriewaldt. Maybe he spells the end of Matakevich. Ward4HOF
3 Cone Drill--6.75 Sixth-round is when you start going for these high athletic types. But a 3 Cone Drill of 6.75 for an Edge linebacker is insane.

HuskieBear
NIU fan here. Sutton Smith is a baller. Kid came to northern because we were the only school to offer him a spot as a RB, then during practice he fumbled and destroyed the dude that recovered the ball, and since then he's been a defensive stud for us. 2 time MAC DPOY, came out as a junior because there really isn't anything else for him to do in college, his stock likely wasn't getting any higher. his weaknesses are he's a bit of a tweener . . . he's only 6'0'' 230 with shorter arms. Can he stick at OLB? there was some talk that maybe he moves to a S/LB hybrid role in the league. Because of that, i thought he might drop towards the end of the draft more, even be a priority UDFA. Either way, the guy is relentless and has the ability to finish. Worst case scenario, you guys got yourselves a helluva ST player
Ward4HOF
David Long, anyone? "Sources Tell Us "Personally, I would rather have David Long over Devin Bush for a round or two discount. They have about the same size but Long is more productive and maybe less prone to injury." -- NFC executive
Ward4HOF
Nevermind, I guess Tennessee had the same idea at the exact same time.

steelcurtain29
Call me crazy, but sub him in as a "corner" in Blitz packages? You can afford to do that now when an athetlic LB like Bush now.
