Alright, my bad, you weren't making an implication as to why he wasn't in prison just stating that you believe he's very lucky for not being there. Because.... you view that video as a felonious assault by Jeffery Simmons? Like legitimately, that's how you see it? In your eyes, that is a years in prison kind of assault? I mean Mixon's incident was a misdemeanor and that one was on a totally different level in my opinion. I guess we're just going to have to agree to disagree, friend.
