KimuraGod Posted April 26, 2019 Share Posted April 26, 2019 Hey guys, just a quick one. Last week I had the Xbox on and it shut itself off. I did the normal thing of turning it back on and the green light came on but it seemed like there was not enough power to start the console and it just went off. I went online and tried troubleshooting it but to no avail. Has this happened to anyone else and did you figure out the problem? DingoLadd Posted April 27, 2019 Share Posted April 27, 2019 Have you tried another power adaptor/cable? Also try turning the switch on and off. Could be the power supply in which I'd say if another power adaptor doesn't work, try taking it to whoever your warranty would be with. I have bought another cable and tried it in different rooms etc (different plugs).
