SemperFeist
I think we all know how the team is going to make cap room.
Hagar
He is a "complete" TE that can block and catch, correct?
Duluther
Not another o-lineman, but he was my #5 entering today. Love it! Such a great draft for us so far.
byuvike88
Couldn't be happier with the first two picks
VIKINGS101011
Love it! Great first 2 picks! Let’s goo!
meixdaddy_10
Love this pick. A future replacement was needed for Rudolph. Do we absolutely have to cut Rudolph to get some cap relief or can we restructure him a little? I know he has been on record saying he's willing to help the team. Very happy with this draft so far
Eric dunn
Great pick, i think this is one of the TE's in this class that can start day 1. Trade Rudolph to Pats now!
RpMc
Don't have to cut Rudolph at all, but moving him, or Waynes, are the easiest ways to create cap room.
Robb_K
Smith will help the running game more than Rudolph, as he can run block adequately, and he's got good speed and runs patterns, excellently. So, The Vikings should have more options with him in the lineup, and, thus, be harder foe opposing defences to defend. Maybe Rudolph won't be kept. That could mean a nice chunk of cap space to use where it's needed more.

Very happy with this draft so far Drafting a TE in the 2nd round probably rules out any restructure, as the team likely won’t want to commit any more years to Rudolph.

Klomp
With how young he is, any chance we give him a development year behind Kyle?
