Arthur Penske Posted April 27, 2019 Share Posted April 27, 2019 He stood on his 40 mark from the combine, a clocking of 4.51 seconds -- one of the fastest from the linebacker group -- but did time 4.12 seconds in the short shuttle and 6.84 seconds in the three-cone. Summers looked great in position drills, which should come as no surprise to anyone. He oozes athleticism on film, and you see Summers 30 yards downfield making plays in coverage as regularly as you see him at the line of scrimmage tackling running backs. Summers, who could end up landing in the fourth round, met with the Tennessee Titans, Minnesota Vikings, Miami Dolphins, Seattle Seahawks and New Orleans Saints. Yeah, I'll have to watch him. Like I told squire, I haven't watched him at all so I'm basing it off random scouting reports for now.
