How many teams? how many starters at each spot? I am assuming it is not a superflex league, and is 12 teams, maybe 14. I would drop the TE down some. You have 2 young and talented TE already. Howard should be locked into TB for another 3 years (5th year option likely to be picked up) and Goedart could move up the pecking order if PHI does not re-sign Ertz when his deal is up. If you feel you are in a win soon type mode, then going RB that could help you out sooner. Otherwise, WR is often a better long term roster building strategy. Picking 11, you did well to get a top RB in Sanders (also your team which is a bonus). I like Justice in BAL, could be a really nice flex option.
