I can see them drafting an OT then drafting a tier 2 WR with 25 or vice versa. They got Deebo and then nothing, and are in a prime spot to get Jeudy or Lamb or Ruggs. They might trade the pick, but if they stay at 13, they are going WR. I also think NYJ at 11 and OAK at 12 both take a WR, so #13 might be the hot-ticket last chance draft pick to lock down whichever of the big 3 WR's is left. Now that I think about it, SF will trade the pick, because they are going to be getting multiple offers.
