Post as plain text toggle request.

Sometimes I find myself writing a post where I have to C/P a lot (like rows from a spread sheet, because it's quicker than retyping them).  Could  it be possible for "post as plain text" to be a thing I can toggle on/off for "post everything as plain text" versus "post everything as rich text" instead of having to hit the bar that pops up every time.

I'm not sure if this would get in the way of auto-embedding tweets and videos and the like, but I am not sure I have ever wanted to post something as rich text, so I'd be content with an account option for "always post as plain text."
