So the Pack signs a couple of no name OLBs and a SS and somehow they jump from 3rd to 1st, while the best team in the division brings back everybody but said SS and a NB, brings in equal players for cheaper, and gets stronger at the weakest position on a stacked lineup.  Ehh nothing new

what terrible predictions

Suck it.

I think the Bills will go something like 8-8, but going through game-by-game, it came out with this. So, meh. I don't predict that, but when you go through EVERY game, it throws up things you don't actually believe in. Try it.

The Bears are likely to normalize downward this season. They were 7-3 in 1 score games, usually from season to season it's unlikely that they'll fare that well in such cases. Your offensive attack still leaves a bit to be desired.

don't get upset with someone's predictions, god. This is the NFL, it's unpredictable. Teams that are supposed to be good always disappoint from year to year.

They were actually 6-4, and at least 2 of the 6 its questionable to call a 1 score game (Minnesota Bears were up by 17 and the Vikes had to score twice in the last 4 minutes to get it to 1 score) so not sure where that number comes from,  Lost to GB, MIA, NE, NYG all came in 1 score games.  More telling than record in 1 score games is losses by more than 1 score, of which the Bears had 0.  If anything the argument would be the Bears should have had a better record than they did.

Funny how you won't mention the Packers' draft with two 1st round picks and the Bears' lack of draft picks.

The Bears will be a good team again but they've got no QB.

They won't be a contender for the SB and they definitly could finish 2nd in their division.

Yeah we have a probowl QB, getting ready for his 2nd year in the offense.  And we didnt really lack picks.  Our first was used on Khalil Mack (no explanation necessary) and our 2nd was used on Anthony Miller, who led the team in TDs.  We then upgraded RB with our 3rd, had a top 50 player fall to our 4th.  Then got some HWS potential guys late.  Our draft has been graded highly by virtually everybody.  You really dont want to point to the draft.

I just don't think your team is as good as you seem to think moving forward.

Mack and Miller are nice and the draft picks traded had no impact on the team last year but then comes the moment when other teams add a full crop of drafted players and your team doesn't add much because of the lack of draft picks.

The Bears could definitly win their division but just dont be surprised if the Packers win it. The Bears could definitly take a step back this year. And no, Trubisky is not a good QB. It is what it is.

You and everyone here would laugh at Dallas fans if they said, "Watch out for our pro bowl QB" because Prescott also got to go as an alternate. Mitch only got to go because the three voted in didn't want to go; there was a lot of QBs more deserving last year of being alternates. Off the top of my head, I'm not sure Trubisky is even a Top 10 QB in the NFC.

The Bears were a defensive first team that relied heavily on turnovers (which is a stat that usually regresses to the mean the following year). They were 20th in offensive DVOA and unless they improve there, they are going to regress.

4th in the NFL in QBR.  Was likely the 1st alternate to the probowl.  He said we had NO qb.  Believe what you want.
