Who is the SECOND best EDGE for the 2019 season in the NFC East?

Most points will be the starter - second most will be the Back-Up. (Hopefully there are no ties, but in the event I feel - or enough posters would like an amendment or a run-off we will decide how to proceed then.

I am really torn between Kerrigan and Graham here.

It's an interesting debate. Graham should be better from last year, was gimped most of the season.

What's difficult is the way we rotate our line. Kerrigan would have like 150-200 more snaps this year
So Graham is more efficient, but Kerrigan will have slightly higher numbers in some categories.
But then they will still finish the season with similar numbers in like run defense, which Graham is great at.

It's a debate of sack numbers vs Pressure/defending the edge
Or do you want this player for one snap? Kerrigan. Or over the game/season? Graham.
I think it's close, but Graham has been one of the most consistent pocket collapser for awhile...should continue that this year.
I get both sides though, voted Graham..but debating if it should be Kerrigan.

Derek Barnett also was on pace last year to be pretty good too, gets to the QB a lot. But hard to definitively say without a full season as a starter and him coming off injury.

I like Graham but he has never posted double digit sacks in his career.

Kerrigan averages quietly 12 sacks per season over the last 5 years. That's a long time to keep up that average. He's actually been more productive than DLaw.

I'll go with Kerrigan.

Yeah his sack totals are usually the best

It's hard to find hurries stats that are free, Graham is usually in the top group for that in the league on less snaps...best argument I can make for him.

I see it. Dlaw, Kerrigan, and Graham are in a class of their own in the east. Slight nod to the first two.

After those 3 its Quinn and Gregory

Probably Kerrigan this year. But I bet it's Sweat for next year. God I hope not.

For me this one is easy. Ryan Kerrigan. On most teams that guy is a premier EDGE player, but being that the Redskins have been a cellar dweller team for a long time he goes heavily unnoticed. Gotta be Kerrigan for me.
