Some strange anomalies regarding Haskins & Sweat you may or may not have noticed.

Recommended Posts

Just chilling out here on a nice Sunday afternoon & enjoying the fact I don't have to work today. Although, I probably should mow the yard...lol

Decide to read all the Haskins & Sweat topics from here & at ES.

Ok...I knew I was sometimes slow, but damn...Haskins literally has the team nickname "SKINS" in his name. Lol

So then I decided to look further...

At Sweat

First off, if you remove the Skins from Haskins...you get Ha, right?

His first 2 letters of his last name.

Now, go to Sweat.

His first 2 letters are S & W in his last name. We'll, combine that Ha & you get SwHa.

Jumble those 4 letters & you get WASH.

Which as we all know, is short for Washington.

But what about the last 3 letters, we haven't used for Sweat?

Eat?

Take the M in Montez & you get Meat.

Or TEAM.

So you have TEAM, WASH, SKINS all in their last name, which is very interesting.

Pretty wild stuff here, that can be chalked up as coincidence.

Or maybe it's fate?

Maybe it's something as simple as the Wayne in DeWayne Haskins meaning John Wayne.

Aka..the Duke

Which happens to be where the Giants draft pick #6 Daniel Jones went to college.

Maybe the WASH SKINS are gonna EAT the Duke? 😁

I probably should just mow the yard...

Have you been watching the DaVinci Code?🤔

You would think, but nah. Although a very good movie.

I do find these anomalies pretty strange, though.

I mean, we've been referred to as the "Skins" for as long as I remember.

And now, our QB literally has that in his actual name. Pretty wild, imo.

I mean, what are the odds of not only that being possible? But actually drafting that guy as well?

Then our other top draft pick in Sweat combined with Haskins each spelling out WASH with the first 2 letters of their last name as well?

Pretty crazy stuff

I guess I just think it would be funny, that the potential of the greatest Redskins QB ever for the Washington Redskins who broke all the records for the franchise?

Could potentially be a QB, who has the same nickname "Skins" in his name as the actual team name.

It would be like Bart Star being a HOF Cowboys QB.

Or Punter Jeff Feagles being the greatest Eagles QB ever.

Or Colt Brennan being a great QB, for the Indianapolis Colts.

Or FB Bronco Nagurski being a HOF Broncos QB.

Or WR James Jett being a great Jets QB

I mean...Haskins playing for the Redskins, is a little wild.
