Well, I m pretty JPP will be on the PUP non football injury list, which I believe his cap hit won t count against the cap. GMC dilemma solved? Quote whether on the 53-man roster, Injured Reserve (IR), Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) or the Practice Squad (PS) – count against the team’s Salary Cap. The only players that do not count against the Salary Cap are players who are on one of the NFL’s exempt lists. indifference Posted May 7, 2019 Author Share Posted May 7, 2019 (edited) To be honest JPP was good no doubt he wasnt THAT dominant as his sack numbers indicate. He was feast or famine. He either got the sack or he was a stalemate it seems. His pressure rate per snap is very low. Just sucks because we’re down to one less quality body on the DL. But, Bucs can sign Ziggy tomorrow night and I bet we could see similar production. Licht has to make a move. Makes it sting even more that we didn't address the edge rush spot in draft until 4th...
