TBH I only vaguely recognise the name.  

PFR says he's started 4 games over 5 seasons, with 2 seasons not on the active roster, so I'm not expecting much.  At least he's cheap and this trade resulted in Zuttah being cut I guess.

This is where I'm at.  Maybe they grab someone in the big cut-down now, but it guarantees them someone with playing experience, which seems to be the reason for bringing in Zuttah (prior to his cut).  Gives them a floor of competence should nothing make itself available from the big cut-down.

I don't think Zuttah or Bergstrom can be considered a floor of competence. Not even before the Ravens added them. They're just desperate and reaching for straws at the most important position group on the team considering the investment in Flacco.
