And I do agree with his stances on Mosley and Bell. They also have Darnold entering year 2, and I am a fan of his. All that said, idk... he’s got a lot of things working against him. Hue was just given an absurdly long leash. I think the over/under right now is 2 seasons.
candyman93
Unfortunately there’s not a practice or scrimmage that can prepare a kicker for the real deal. In 2018, 73 games were decided by three points or less. Hopefully, we don’t blow games like that due to Zane Gonzalezing kicks.
candyman93
Back 7 will look like this I’m guessing: Ardarious Taylor Joe Schobert / Sione Takitaki Christian Kirksey / Mack Wilson Greedy Williams / TJ Carrie / Tavierre Thomas Denzel Ward / Terrance Mitchell / Donnie Lewis Jr Morgan Burnett / Jermaine Whitehead / Eric Murray Damarious Randall / Sheldrick Redwine

Yeah, it’s 6 guys to man 2 full time spots. Shouldn’t be an issue imo.

Complete for positive gain; 2. Complete for negative or no gain; 3. Complete and (positive or negative gain) the receiver goes out of bounds; 4. Incomplete; and 5. Intercepted. In crunch time when you are ahead, if you are having success running the ball you should feature it. Using the pass as an extension of the run (quick hits and such) can make sense, even if it is for negative or no gain as the clock keeps running. "3" and "4", above stop the clock. And "5", above, obviously is the worst case. To muddle metaphors, you have to hit what's pitched. But if you can do it, the possible outcomes favor running the ball. If the receiver catches the ball and runs backwards to get out of bounds the clock does not stop. If the WR stops trying to get forward progress to just get out of bounds the clock still runs
