goldfishwars
Which GM or Head Coach might be in the last year of their job if things don't turn around in their situation? Ones that spring to my mind... GMs Jason Licht - 27-53 record since he took over as GM in 2014. He's onto his third head coach in that span and the current roster isn't screaming deep playoff-run this year Bob Quinn - Fired a head coach who had back to back winning seasons to re-shape the roster under his head coach. Needs a much improved season, but there's a distinct lack of dynamic players on that roster right now. Dave Gettleman - A string of incomprehensible roster building decisions which will get him fired if the Giants are bad again this year Head Coaches Mike Tomlin - He's been a great HC, but the past few years have been marred by poor defensive play and a circus atmosphere around the team Jay Gruden - Going into his 6th season as head coach after finishing 4th, 1st, 3rd, 3rd and 3rd in the NFC East with a 35-44 record. Probably overachieved with a bad lot at times, but the team have drafted well over the past couple of years and needs to deliver a winning season Doug Marrone - The Jaguars regressed horribly against high expectations last year. He likes to play a turgid brand of football and that is only ever acceptable when you're winning games

Our current OC Olson is a glorified QB coach and could easily be replaced.
