Bengals OL Jonah Williams likely done for the season

Hate seeing these. Seemed like a great young guy and was in a position to really help them out early on

What really sucks is the Bengals were in prime position to trade up for all those tackles available at the start of the 2nd round, but instead traded back and took Drew Sample...

Sixers fans know your pain.

Eh, you guys did that on purpose. This pain is far greater.

2 of my best coworker friends are diehard Bengals fans and already hated the pick and REALLY wanted Dwayne Haskins. They're going to be irate and may have already thrown bricks through their television screens.

Doubtful.  Sunk costs into Glenn and Williams would likely put that off.  However, any further issues with the OL isn't going to lend any support to Andy Dalton rehabilitating his career in Cincy.  You've got a new HC who is a former QB coach there now.  Highly doubt the Bengals would pass on a QB with the #1 pick if they had it, even with the 4th round pick invested this past draft in Ryan Finley.

Finley has not looked good through rookie camp and mini camp.  He might get beat out by an UDFA who has looked significantly better.  Probably not because he was a 4th rd pick, he'll get more chances.  Either way, Ryan Finley wouldn't stop the Bengals from taking a QB if they are picking #1 overall.  It won't matter anyway because the Bengals will win 3 of their last 4 games to finish 6-10 or 5-11 and lose out on a chance of getting elite talent.  It's what they do.

What’s sad is I know of a lot of Bengals fans that have already done such. Mike Brown’s reign is almost up, I haven’t waited this long to give up now
