"Nah - I'm good. Goin' fishing with the family." As true to himself then as he is today. If the NFL had a clue (doubtful) - they would schedule the Browns for the 2023 HOF game. Browns coming off a SB win, and Joe Thomas joining all the other Browns in the Hall of Fame. What a weekend that would be! It also would be a really nice gesture by the Browns if they would name or rename the offensive linemen's meeting room at team headquarters - The 10,363 Room. Any lineman worth his salt would know EXACTLY what that meant - and if he didn't; not sure I'd want him. A guy who displayed UNBELIEVABLE Loyalty and Toughness during his career, it is SO sad that we loose him the year before we start getting good. IF we added Joe Thomas to last years team...we might make the playoffs.... As I have argued for years......top 3 LT tackle of my lifetime (Munoz and Ogden are the other two).
