Doc Draper
I’ve been reading the hoopla surrounding Haskins, some really outlandish, and ask you to think ahead to the year 2029. What are Haskins accomplishments more like? Keep in mind in 1983 all team fans thought their QB draftee was going to be great. My thinking is Haskins ceiling is a Ken Obrien type career but I there is a high probability he’s Tony Eason. Tap the brakes, let the guy learn and adjust as he’s very inexperienced. RSkinGM
Vince Fearragamo .. all I can come up with . Way hard to predict anyone . Big, slow footed , big arm . Also sounds like Jason Campbell 2.
lavar703
Ben Rothlisberger is who I predicted he is and that’s what I’m sticking with. To me their game is so much alike that it’s eerie. I think he’s going to be very good. I have no issues predicting it either.

aceinthehouse
Haskins=Williams Only difference will be.... We actually have talent, unlike that sucky Tampa Bay team during that era. We get Haskins as a rookie, instead of an aged Doug Williams. No USFL Other than that They're the same player both mentally & physically. Both are winners! turtle28
Jim Kelly out of that group. A big strong pocket passer who is smart, a good leader, has a good arm and can make all the throws. Also, they're not the most athletic guys but they can move around some and are sneaky athletic and hard to bring down bc of their size, just like Big Ben as Lavar said. Can’t wait for that! We've all talked about this before, we shouldn't want Haskins to be Doug Williams, we should want him to be better than Williams. In an era, where passing was nothing like it is now. Trent Dilfer dreams of having a game, like Doug Williams had. I would love Haskins, to have the success that Williams had. Hopefully more. Yes a mediocre streaky QB named Doug Williams got hot in the right game at the right time and became legendary.I certainly hope that Haskins developes into a more consistent QB. HTTRDynasty
I'll let my boy Dilfer tell it: Former NFL quarterback and Elite 11 head coach Trent Dilfer told Sports Illustrated's Albert Breer that he sees similarities between Ohio State's Dwayne Haskins and Brady, a six-time Super Bowl champion. Dilfer previously worked with Haskins at his Elite 11 recruiting camp. “I thought Dwayne should’ve waited, but he’s the most like Tom Brady of anyone we’ve had," Dilfer said. "He sees it like Tom, he works at it, he plays that way. He plays on time, with his intellectual process. I don’t want to compare anyone to Brady, but he’s Tom Brady-ish.”
MikeT14
If Dwayne Haskins career is on par with Doug Williams, we're in trouble.

It's why he throws so many balls that are inaccurate and ugly. Once he fixes his footwork amd a few other things? Hoo boy...he's gonna ne fun to watch. But everyone (including me) needs to bear in mind the guy is a rookie. He is gonna make boneheaded plays
