He did.

Hard to say who would be better, Dwight or Noah. Of the 2 I'd say Noah just because he would fit into the role better. I get the feeling Dwight still thinks he's a superstar when healthy and would act that way. He brings more upside, though.

I think you hit the nail on the head with this one here.  It's about upside.  In the last season of extended player, his TRB% was 22.2% which his career average is 20.9%.  If he can rebound and play good defense, that's a really solid get.  And more importantly, it's a non-guaranteed deal so they can release him if/when he acts up.
