List your top 10 backs

There are fewer than ten running backs worth spending significantly more resources on than a replacement level running back which can be had for cheap.

Your elite ones are worth paying but that tier between "elite" and "replacement level" for  RBs become a false economy once their salaries get inflated.

Hes hurting his value will be a back up if he comes back. Chargers looked good at rb today

He'll be starting over Ekeler when he comes back. Chargers will want to maximize his trade value.

However, Ekeler will definitely see a higher percentage of the snaps compared to last year.

For sure the Chargers will ride him hard.  He's not coming back next year.

Still, they will use Ekeler far more than they would have considered pre-holdout.

I'd guess it's pretty close to 50-50 for the next 2 games he plays, until he gets his conditioning done.  Then it moves more to a 65-35 split.  One area Ekeler likely loses out big-time is at the GL.   MG3 is so good at getting the extra 2-3 yards in tight spaces.   It definitely means both guys lose value fantasy-wise this year.  But for the Chargers, it's the best of both worlds - they have 2 legit RB's they can rely on for any type of work, and they can keep them fresh throughout the season.   Given the pass game is pretty much Keenan Allen with a side helping of Mike Williams with no Hunter Henry, I would not be surprised to see 20 formation with Ekeler/Gordon and LAC going 3-wide (just for the love of all that's decent - STOP thinking of giving Travis Benjamin meaningful targets).
