kingseanjohn
Made jambalaya for the first time today. The flavor and spice was absolutely on point. But it was a bit souppier than I would have liked.
Daniel
Tomato sandwiches. With some delicious, home grown black krim tomatoes, and some home made bread. We don't make the mayo though. Full disclosure.

Did BBQ pork chops tonight along with a roasted red garlic potato/sweet potato and carrot medley.
BobbyPhil1781
First time I've ever cooked salmon in foil on the griddle. Might be the best temp it's been. I prefer the sear from direct contact on the heat but this was still excellent. Paired well with my 16oz ribeye.
beekay414
Well, it was a drunk "dinner" but jesus christ I put a ton of hot sauce in my baked beans and it's brutal lol. My stomach is gonna hate me tomorrow.

Chipotle Mayo is worth the hassle IMO. Aside from that, agree. I also have yet to find a good orange sauce/dip that lives up to what I get at restaurants. pwny
Mayo is super easy to make and tastes much better than store bought. Not sure why you wouldn’t make your own.

Had tacos the first two nights, then ate it over some rice today. Then cooked down the rest of the sauce to use as a salsa.
