He's a good locker room/practice guy and a good rah-rah hit 'em guy. But if he's covering anyone other than an inline 275lb TE you're in trouble. 

He needs to be used in a very specific way when he's on the field, or you will be sad.

He had his best season with the panthers under McDermott. He will be a solid 2/3 string back up to replace Bush who retired. I think it is an upgrade to bush on the cheap too.
