Cavs will have the worst defense for sure but should be able to score reasonable well and rain 3 pointers. My guess is the Bobcats or Knicks - those rosters top to bottom looks garbage and don't have any strengths. A team like the T-Wolves could be the worst if KAT gets injured. Washington looks really bad but Beal is good.

I think we could have some historically bad teams this year with all the parity. The Suns, Cavs, Wizards, Knicks and Hornets could all potentially lose 65+ games this year.

Hornets are going to be disgustingly bad.

Knicks will be decent enough to the point where they compete for 30 or so wins.

Mavericks should not be on the list as they will be competitive.

Cavaliers will be pretty much the same team as last year.

Wizards will be the worst team if they trade Beal before the season...But that is unlikely so he is good enough for them not to be the worst team in the league.

The Suns a solid enough team to also be in that 30 win range.

Pistons are a playoff team in the East.

To me it is between the Cavs and the Hornets. Take your pick, neither team is going to be doing much winning next season.
