Oh yeah he did that with no where near the surrounding talent he would have here in Cleveland. Browns aren’t signing him to a long deal. I mean, it’s not like we’re looking for him to be a core piece on the DL or a long term option, he’d essentially be a 3rd DT who could play at a reasonably high level in a rotation for a year or two. Yeah this is our window. This is a group that we need to make a Super Bowl run as we likely won’t see a more talented roster moving forward. If he can be had for a reasonable number, there’s no reason not to sign him. It’s not like he’d be a 5th DT or something and just eating cap space, he’d be the 3rd DT now will play a significant number of snaps and will likely start a few games this year.
