DaWg_LB.
I bottom line it like this....our offense is more more flexible and better, with him than without him this season. Next year is next...10 draft picks including 2 3rds so far (well 4th, but Duke is already getting plans to be used a LOT by the Texans)
buno67
Can we please give a try out to Lewis Ward the CFL kicker? Past two seasons he has gone 74/76 and went for 69 straight FGs. With Longs of 52 and 53 mixed In there. Idk how many 50yarders but he has consistent with them. Actually from 40 or farther he is 24/24 Canadian kicker and a Scottish punter sounds pretty lol

brooks1957
Lewis Ward kicks for the Ottawa RedBlacks. They play OUTDOORS at TD Place at Landsdowne Park in Ottawa. Of the nine teams in the CFL - the only one playing in a domed facility is the British Columbia Lions. BC Place is in Vancouver. They probably have the most mild climate (temperature) in the CFL due to the Pacific, but it is one of the rainiest places on the continent. East Toronto Argonauts - BMO Field - OUTDOORS - (on the site of old Exhibition Stadium). Montreal Alouettes - Percival Stadium - OUTDOORS Hamilton Tiger-Cats - Tim Horton's Field - OUTDOORS Ottawa RedBlacks - TD Place - OUTDOORS West Saskatchewan Rough Riders - Mosaic Field - OUTDOORS - (new stadium has better coverings for the fans - but the playing surface is subject to the elements) Calgary Stampeders - McMahon Stadium - OUTDOORS Winnipeg Blue Bombers - Investors Group Field - OUTDOORS Edmonton Eskimos - Commonwealth Stadium - OUTDOORS British Columbia Lions - BC Place - INDOORS Eight of the nine playing surfaces in the CFL are Field Turf exclusively. BMO Filed in Toronto is a Field Turf/natural grass hybrid mix. So would I be in favor of bringing in Lewis Ward for a tryout? HELL. YES! Made me go look up his stats. It’s amazing that he hasn’t gotten a NFL look. It’s not like the CFL has wider uprights. Both NFL and CFL uprights are 18.6ft wide the dude is 26years. Won rookie of the year. Seems like he be perfect candidate to leave the CFL for the NFL

Bucketheadsdad
Looks like he went to school in Ottawa as well. Despite how much we like Cleveland, I'm not sure if the draw would be enough to bring him here.

Yes but what he failed to say is that with the Canadian conversion the longer of the two punts coming across the border becomes the shorter of the two punts that's because of the inverse nature of the calculation.
