Forge
The Reds and Mets acquiring the primary starters available...what in the world is going on. Are the actual good teams going to freak out now?

Hes very talented but hes 22 and semi under performing in double A. if he doesnt come into power hes not that valuable of a big leaguer. Trammell has elite speed and will be a great defender in left. Power hasnt shown up, but the walks are at a all time high in the minors and the K rate is steady, and he is stealing bases at a great clip. Has a 108 wRC+ even with the low average. Id easily take a chance on him for a two guys that have no future with the Padres.

Yankees have to make a move or their fanbase is going to flip their sh!t lol Bum listed the Yankees on his no trade list, sooo: 1) is he willing to shave? 2) will they let him hit? 3) how much more money will they have to pay him? Honestly, it be hilarious to see him trade the facial hair for an at bat or two in Yankee stadium wearing pinstripes. Fair trade I'd say, for a regular season game for a team with the division locked up

Puig gets traded, is still on the field with the Reds (as property of the Indians)....and he gets into a fight with PITTSBURGH! Way to endear yourself to your new club's fan base. Just as a point of order, he certainly was not yet "property of the Indians." Have we learned nothing from the Wilmer Flores debacle? There's lots of games left to play and the team's been in "treading water" status for awhile now. Outside the pitching hassles, the injuries just wont quit coming and they've cut into production of the everyday players - or put them on IL. Nothings locked up and wont be till the team gets put back together and starts playing better. It's nice to have a well earned lead - make no mistake - but it could disappear in a week or two. That team is usually the winner of the trade, and in this case it's the Padres. Really nice deal for them.

Have we learned nothing from the Wilmer Flores debacle? I'm basing that on the announcers discussing it while the fracas was ongoing. You can't bring up Flores. There's no crying in baseball.
