SBLIII
https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2019/08/03/josh-gordon-applies-for-reinstatement/ It’s unclear when receiver Josh Gordon will be cleared to return to the NFL. It is clear that Gordon is trying to get back in. Charean Williams of PFT reports that Gordon has applied for reinstatement. Gordon has been suspended on multiple occasions by the league for violations of the substance-abuse policy. Most recently, the league suspended him during the 2018 season, at a time when he had emerged as a legitimate receiving threat for the Patriots. And the Patriots definitely could use him, if they can get him back. And the NFL could use him, too, because the more highly-skilled players the NFL can get on the field, the more compelling the games can be, the more people will be inclined to watch the games, the higher the ratings for the games will be, and the more money everyone will make. In 11 games last season, Gordon caught 40 passes for 720 yards and three touchdown.

jofos
If he comes back good, if not its still okay. Great talent but hard to trust him. It would be a shame for him to take a roster spot and be gone week 10.
DoleINGout
Would take the spot of Jakobi Meyers or Philip Dorsett if reinstated this season.
Hagar
Is he worth a keeper spot over Houston's kicker Fairbaim?

Hunter2_1
If he can come in and help for a few games and TB uses him well, great. I don't expect anything like a full season though. Low expectations is the key.

brooks1957
And they say the league isn't fixed............... Suspended for FIVE WEEKS in New England - same Josh same problems as in Cleveland - he was suspended for FIVE YEARS in Cleveland. But not to worry - if he was calling Pittsburgh home - it would have been FIVE DAYS. That's okay - he is yours now. And I really do hope he gets his act together, for his sake. It is the system that is totally out of whack.
Apparition
Honestly, him getting a Super Bowl ring was the best thing about the last title. He seems like a genuinely good human being who's been struggling with his demons. Everyone should be rooting for him.
