Also doesn’t Cleveland’s OL flat-out suck?

It's not great, that's for sure. They have Greg Robinson listed as a starter at LT.  Greg Robinson....

But you make a trade for OBJ. Sign Hunt (that can't play to week 9) and all the sudden you are Super Bowl Contenders.
Defensively they could be a good squad. But with Greg Williams gone we shall see what they look like.

Not that it really matters, because it's training camp, but all reports seem to indicate that Robinson is finally looking good.  And it's not like our edge rush is that scary, unless Landry makes big strides and Wake doesn't miss a beat from the last few years.  And until Simmons is healthy, we still just have Casey on the inside.

I've come to the conclusion that our staff isn't depending on a rusher, but our rush as a whole. Which includes Evans, Brown, Woodyard and the DBs. We were 16th in Sacks last year. Hopefully another year in the system and Evans being more of a force, we can up that.

May not have a 16 sack guy, but a good handful of 6, 7, an 8 guys.

Oh I think we're definitely in a better position with the pass rush than last season, I'm just saying that a lot of stuff is gonna have to break our way for us to be anything more than in the middle of the pack again with the pass rush.  Orakpo and Morgan combined for what, two sacks?  That's not a lot to lose, and the only guys who contributed that could reasonably expected to take a step back are Casey, Correa, and Brown, while Landry, Finch, Evans, and Wake should all be improvements from last year at least.  But an injury anywhere would leave us really thin.
