D82
So...let’s say the Cowboys offense this year explodes (in a good way), the team has success and they go deep into the playoffs, reaching the NFC Championship Game or (fingers crossed), the Super Bowl. You have to think with the recent trend of teams hiring young, upstart coaches that Moore would receive heavy interest from a franchise looking for a new head coach. Which brings up the question - what do you do? Do you offer Garrett a new extension or do you let go of the man who has brought a lot of good to this franchise but also made some very head scratching decisions at times - only to promote the young and very unproven Moore? If Garrett makes the superbowl he stays. Promote Kitna.

I'll see your question, and raise you this. What if Dallas makes it just as far with a pretty good but nothing special offense but our defense is Big Time? Then what do you do with Jason Garrett??
