Beebe didn’t have his head up. Had Beebe been looking, he would have seen where Mannion was going with the ball, as Mannion threw the ball before Beebe stopped. Absolutely but head fakes are part of it, either way if it’s a stop route and Mannion got rid of the ball a little early and off it’s still a miss. Mans honestly with his head up, while slowing down on a stop route like that, the ball is getting picked. He’s not catching up to that after already trying to run his route. But It May have not been a TD. Honestly it’s so hard to tell, Beebe could have ran the wrong route all together in that situation, Mannion could have misjudged where he was supposed to stop. Loved his last throw though, standing in there to get it to Boone knowing he'd be drilled a millisecond later. Impressive catch and run.
