Most people have him regressing, which seems reasonable. How many TDs do you think he puts up in his sophomore effort? My (conservative?) estimate is 42. I'd be pretty surprised if he doesn't crack 40 but there's definitely some homerism factored in. Fantasy football analytic guru Mike Clay has him at 34, I believe. (Although I think it's total BS that Tyreek is getting of free) But at the same time, it'll be close to impossible to replicate last season. I don’t see Mahomes regressing and think it’s more of just a combination of the first place schedule, and a defense that will be a bit better then last year and not force the offense to be as aggressive as they were last year. Can I ask why you think his numbers are going to halve? I've seen absolutely nothing, whether it be down the back of last year or in the offseason, to suggest Mahomes is going to regress any more than the usual 5-10% you get year to year with NFL players.
