This is all the Arians show for the next 4 years, no doubt about it now. ravishingone Posted August 17, 2019 Author Share Posted August 17, 2019 For me, the Licht extension means Jameis would have to incur a Freemanesque meltdown over at least a 10 game stretch to have them contemplate him not coming back next season. They would have to be a 2 to 3 win team for them to go QB in the first round next draft. Ownership has resoundly bought into the idea it was coaching, not talent evaluation.
