MrDrew
It's the unofficial end of summer, and one of he biggest BBQ days of the year. Sure most of us will be throwing some meat on a grill. So the question is what kind of grill are you using?
bucsfan333
Charcoal, no lighter fluid.
RedRider
I use propane/gas. It's not as authentic and doesn't give a charcoal taste, sure, but I'm just starting to grill and it was a wedding gift from my father (a grill master) who says it's best to start with propane. It's a fairly nice grill, Charbroil with three burners. Usually cook brats and hamburgers. Haven't gotten the nerve to try anything more unique/difficult. Silver&Black88
Can't really grill at my apartment complex. There's no space to grill even with a small charcoal one. Sorry @husker_vikes3

Dome
I have a Green Mountain Pellet grill/smoker. It has replaced our oven, we use it 3 nights a week most weeks. Love everything about it and have 0 complaints.

I turn it on and pick a temp. If it runs low I add more pellets. no hauling propane tanks back and forth either, just grab a bag of pellets at the store when I'm low. LETSGOBROWNIES
I have a propane grill I never use. Steaks get done stovetop, as do burgers most of the time (every now and then I'll bust out the grill), don't eat hot dogs... If I want BBQ, I've got a decent BBQ joint 5 min down the road. I'll let them spend all day smoking the brisket. I fully admit grilling, especially non propane, is best but I'm lazy about this stuff.
