SkippyX
Tucker is 98.5% accurate from inside 40 He is 89.5% accurate from 40-49 He is 70.4% accurate from 50+ He might be the best from all 3 ranges. He's also 9 of 10 on kicks in the playoffs. The answer is they are not trading him short of a Hershel Walker level deal with like a 1 and a couple 2s for a kicker. This means they are not trading him.
VigilantZombie
I'd say a 2nd round pick. I personally wouldn't give that for a kicker but its what he is worth. I have a hard time thinking a 1st round pick is going for a ST Specialist but it wouldn't be unprecedented I dont believe. Justin Tucker is good for a whole lot of clutch points. Nbanflguy
I would absolutely give up a first round pick to get Justin Tucker. He is only 29. You could get him for another 10-15 years
Danger
Unless he can routinely make 60 yarders in game. He's not worth a draft pick.

Come on man, you wouldnt give a 7th round pick for a Justin Tucker?

No, because you can always find a serviceable kicker. And the difference between a serviceable kicker and a good one is nearly negligible. If you aren't willing to give up a 7th round pick to upgrade someone who is just serviceable that is crazy. Ask any fanbase who has dealt with "just a serviceable guy".

Lets throw out the fact that a great kicker like Tucker attempts a lot of crazy hail mary kicks that lower his percentage or that he plays every home game and road divisional game outdoors. Lets simplify this to the difference between a 90% kicker and an 80% being about 10 points a season on 30ish attempts + XPs. 10 points of value over replacement level is very significant. A good chance that's an extra win. Edited August 20, 2019 by wackywabbit

Well boy do I have news for you about Justin Tucker...he's the most accurate kicker from 50+ yards in NFL history. And also the most accurate kicker in NFL history overall. 12 minutes ago, Danger said: No, because you can always find a serviceable kicker. Why aren't you an NFL GM then? The difference between a serviceable kicker and Justin Tucker, though, is not.
Nozizaki
Speaking as a Vikings fan I would give a 1st and probably a late round pick. Kickers are spooky and you can never really know when they will just decide to become bad one day.
Daniel
Yall are smoking crack if you think anything more than a day three pick is worth getting a kicker. The Titans grabbed Succop from waivers and he set a kicking record the next season.
