I'm sure he's got enough of his prior millions saved. What money does (for a smart person) is give them autonomy to do w/e the heck they want. If they decide they don't want to mess up their long term health for their job or that they don't want to work to someone they don't want to work for, they are empowered to walk away.

Mental health is worth more than that, He clearly is mentally and physically tired. No amount of money will matter.

In a way touche, but inserting Eli behind a great OL, good run game, and a good set of offensive weapons?  If you do conditional 3rd on making the super bowl, 4th on getting to the playoffs, 5th on no playoffs; if you catch lightning in a bottle as the colts you do it.
