Just looking at his contract, the Dolphins would take a big dead cap hit ($27M), which they can absorb. This would also make him cheap for the team trading for him. This jacks up his trade value big time. I don't see this as an option for the Packers. Parker would still work real nice; he's got a cheap two year deal.
