Can someone please tell me whether the HIGHER numbers should represent us being MORE SURE about a given outcome, or do the LOWER numbers represent us being MORE SURE??? That being more sure should get HIGHER Numbers - which is the reason I used the higher ones. But, I just wanted to make sure. One never knows for sure in this life.
