So keeping Lauletta for one more year would be beneficial for the Giants bc either A. He would be a viable backup next year, or B. He could garner some trade value. We aren’t good enough to be able to afford to keep a backup QB because we think we can trade him. We need all the depth we can muster. Why we should also cut Tanney.
