candyman93
If you’re a bigger name coach and bomb out at a big program. Just go to a small crap school. A lot of these guys go take coordinator positions with big name schools and get fired their too. Don’t get it.

candyman93
TJ Carrie and Christian Kirksey will probably be cut. That’d save us about 13-14 million. We will use that money on guys like Randall and Schoebert. Just a bad feeling, but Higgins leaves due to money and lack of opportunity. Yeah don’t think we will be able to keep Higgins, which will be sad but not a huge loss

You need at least 2 WRs. Jarvis and OBJ will be a dynamic duo for Baker the next 5+ years. Edited September 16, 2019 by candyman93

Need some redzone threats and would also help longer-developing routes.

This may be the hardest decision to make IMO, I think Baker has the best chemistry with Higgins. As far as TE, this is a great draft to get a quality starter Edited September 16, 2019 by MSURacerDT55

It’s still super early as far as this goes. By season’s end we should know where everyone stands though. 6 minutes ago, MSURacerDT55 said: As far as TE, this is a great draft to get a quality starter I still think Njoku could be very good, but we really do need a guy (or two) behind him. I'm done with Njoku, he would have to play like the next Antonio Gates to win me back

He’s likely younger than some of the prospects that will be in next year’s draft. Let’s see what he does the rest of the year. The ability is there, we just need to see more consistency.

Age isn't really as important as remaining years on a rookie contract. He needs to be able to project himself a lot more than he does currently. Agreed, he needs to become the big play threat he’s flashed on a much more consistent basis.
