That's what UFA is for, but they won't do it. Colbert wants to say they draft their players and they learnt he steelers way etc. There have been many UFA DB's that could have helped this team over the years, but only the gift from the browns landed here, and that was a bit of luck too because the browns shouldn't have released haden, but that was the browns when they were winless!
