Broncofan Posted September 10, 2019 Share Posted September 10, 2019 (edited) There are a lot of issues with HC Jon Gruden being in charge of the entire org and de facto GM. But he can prepare a team for game day like few others can. We forget he knows our weaknesses well and drew up great game plans last year. He exploited our ILB pass D last year - and again on 3rd down. Not surprising. We need to simply be better in pass rush and on OL. Bad 1st series on both counts but that’s not what counts..yet.
