Zimmer was seemingly willing to let go of all control of the offense and let them go to a more pass-heavy(at least compared to what they were) team, and DeFilippo was just pathetic. After that he went to an OC that listens to him and just wants to run the ball and play defense. Very Fisher-ball esque, but without a Mike Heimerdinger at OC to make it look better. And offensively. The Colts are the team we want to be but they actually know how to scout linemen.
