Looks like that would be $16.3M for him, which would be only a $4.7M increase from his current cap number of $9.6M. $4.7M is also the amount that will fall off the cap after 2020 when Morgan Burnett's contract expires, FYI. He’s the best in the nfl at defending the run and could still get us 8+ sacks a season to compliment Myles. Just cut Kirksey + Vernon and give that money to Clowney. I’d love to have clowney but that’s gonna be a big price tag. Even after cutting those guys. We’re gonna be on the hook for like 15M for about 5 years.
