BayRaider
Our season is over but that’s fine. I’d much rather go 2-14 without AB than 6-10 with him. I can’t have that PoS on our team. Let’s keep building through the draft.

It's going to be difficult to build a winner as long as Gruden is making personnel decisions.
TLO
Wasn’t really any other choice at this person. Our WR group is looking pretty weak now. Gonna be a long season probably

Gonna be a long season probably Agree. I think our WRs are definitely missing a legit #1 but can still be productive. We're just going to need to be more creative to make up for the production we lost. That means bigger roles for other players. Renfrow, Richard, and Carrier especially. Maybe more Jacobs too.

This feels the case. Gruden has never shown personnel expertise. He won a ring with a team he inherited. Davis has a man crush on him because it brings back fuzzy feelings about his dad. Catastrophic decision making from the top. Mayock needs to be given the keys to franchise but that ain't happening.
RaidersAreOne
Also love how Abram was one of the more vocal ones to AB apparently.

Frankly, this tweet is ironic AF lol. Although I do really think Abram wants to be a leader and a good teammate. Just also craves attention.
BayRaider
We are gonna be the Chicago Cubs of the NFL. Championship in 2090.
BayRaider
The NFL is celebrating the AB signing on their Twitter with custom graphics and everything. Sick. Am I in the wrong sport?

When the Steelers first gave AB permission for a trade, Drew and AB both called multiple Patriot Office people including Bellicheck himself. Drew has this on record. Steelers said they wouldn’t trade AB to Pats. Was it Drew and AB’s plan to get booted off the Raiders all along and go to the Pats? I really want a serious investigation. What is it with the Pats and investigations...? Honestly though, why bother? The guy is clearly a locker room cancer through and through. Plenty of fans were, at best, cautiously optimistic about him to begin with, with most expecting a meltdown eventually. The personell people either knew or should have known what was blatantly obvious well in advance. Its on them, as far as the Raiders part in this saga is concerned. Like someone in another thread said, let's stop the whole "no regrets" crap and hope instead that Chucky learns his lesson. The moves for Brown and Bryant were beyond risky, no matter how it's portrayed. The fact is 30 other teams in the league didn't get had, and we did. If Brown didn't want to be here, which he clearly didn't, just be glad he's gone before the locker room fell apart completely. Whether the Patriots tampered or not, no punishment they'd get changes the idiocy of our decision makers. He wasn't all in. He was never going to be. If his plan was to get to New England, good on him, and be thankful that it kept him from sticking around and leeching money out of our franchise. He's gone. We have nothing to miss. Just be glad his @$$ is gone, move on, and pray Burfict catches him over the middle again some day.

That professional athletes are up in the comments applauding him. It’s the most 2019 thing ever. Cry and pout and throw a temper tantrum until you get your way. Screw everyone else, as long as you get what you want. No penalties, only rewards.
FreshPrince
Everyone hates how the NBA is a players league and they control where they go. This is what AB is attempting to do to the NFL. Edit: not attempting, did Edited September 8, 2019 by FreshPrince
Frankie2Gunz
Only one player on the Raiders truly benefits from AB leaving. Darren Waller will see a tremendous uptick in usage so if he's out there on your WW and you're hurting for a TE pick him up. Also pick up Gronk, he will suit up within a few months.
